Clean room production
Totax has a unique clean room production in the Northern Europe with a capacity of two clean room divisions. The employees are specially educated in clean room production and handling of products complying with:
- DS/EN ISO 13485:2003
- Specific customer demands

Traceability
Computer control and monitoring ensure that all information is updated during production. Constant monitoring makes it possible to identify raw material batches. Throughout the production process relevant parameters are recorded and control measurements are made.

Extrusion as production method
Using extrusion as a production method a high flexibility in the length of the product is obtained. Furthermore, complex geometry can be achived as a surplus, which no other production methods can offer. Looking at tool expences extrusion tools are much cheaper in general.
