Qualities
Corrugated tubes have the quality of high flexibility according to the characteristic riffled shape. This shape enables a high kink resistance even though corrugated tubes have the quality of thin wall thickness. This is why corrugated tubes can obtain small bending radius without collapsing.

Production of corrugated tubes
Totax Plastic is producing specific corrugated tubes developed for the individual customer. The production of customized corrugated tubes requires customized tools and tooling cost must be expected. We have the experience of producing corrugated tubes primarily of LDPE and EVA. Corrugated tubes of PVC and other materials are possible as well.
